It was a close run thing, as a few of the players had previously snuck onto the course beforehand and got the lay of the land before playing with the team..... Freddie Rawling was on for a potential course record after being -5 after 9 holes playing steady golf with measured approach shots but the manager and coach who were in his 4 ball group managed to spoil his round by putting pressure on him especially after Steve holed out on the 10th with a Hole In One !! Ashton also got a Hole In One on the same hole and to let everyone know this his group made a deafening racket which was noticed and mentioned in the golf driving range !!!!

By the end of 18 holes, all participants were scored and due to some scoring irregularities all cards were dismissed !! It's suprising how many 13yr olds struggle to count past 2....
