Strength and conditioning

Currently the 1st team are training with Chris Prowse doing some strength and conditioning training at brick fields sports hall, this has proved popular with the team and is starting to show on the pitch, the hard work is paying off and we are seeing improvements in our person goals and 5 minute goals we are setting on the pitch.
