Braintree Rugby Club main hall and bar can be hired for functions ranging from christenings and weddings to birthday parties and charity events. A dinner and dance or a disco, a fully catered sit down meal or a finger buffet. We can cater for 100 for a sit down meal, more for a dance.

Hall hire starts at £200 including VAT for an evening from 7.30pm to Midnight, including one hour set up and clear up. Hire from 7.30pm to 1am is £240. (please note - we do not allow 18th or 21st birthday parties to continue past midnight, and we do not take bookings for childrens parties). Prices for other timings available on application.

A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, and a refundable damage deposit of £150 will be taken in cash against all hall hires one month before the event, £200 for 18th and 21st birthdays, along with the hall hire balance. Other deposit charges may be applicable depending on the event. Deposits may be collected from the club on the Wednesday following the event.

All drinks MUST be purchased from the bar, you must be 25 or over to 'hire' the hall, and we ask you to respect the premises. Other terms and conditions apply.
