Buccaneers! As we begin our tenth year, the committee want to update you on plans for the new season. We recently held a committee meeting where the decision was reluctantly made to withdraw from the premiership and enter the merit league. We entered the premiership with the hope of having regular fixtures this summer. However, due to the calibre of opposition in this league and the fact that we are rebuilding our squad, we have to put player welfare first and give us the best chance of having competitive fixtures over the summer. We are busy arranging fixtures and these will be announced in the coming weeks. We now need to build our squad for the season. Look for our advertising posters and scan the QR code so you can register to be a Buccaneer!

Finally, we all want to say a massive thank you to Mark Cleaver. Mark was one of our founder members who has played a huge part in our club’s existence and success. Over the winter, Mark has stepped down as club manager and will take on the role of vice-chairperson. Our club would not exist without Mark and we thank him for all he has done.
