This move will build on the hard work over the last few seasons to create a positive environment for the transition of Junior players into senior rugby.

The Academy will allow the team to have a clear identity, to support the players development by integration of training with the Senior Men’s group and will provide a clear pathway for development of players, coaches and management staff.

As part of this move, Michael Baldwin will assume the new role of Senior Academy Coach, further cementing the link to the Senior Men’s coaching group. Michael will be joined by Academy coaches Andy Paul, Ian Smith and Andy Coleman. Jessica Oversby will take the position of BRFC Colts Academy Manager.

Boston RFC Colts Academy will begin training on Thursday 6th July and continue every Thursday through the season.
