Chairman joins in for LIVE football HIIT session V3

With the first two live sessions nearly reaching 2,000 views (as of 23rd May), it was time for the chairman to get involved and join in with session 3. This took place outside the club on bank holiday Sunday (24th May) at 11:00 to allow the session to take place adhering to social distancing rules. The club continue their efforts to encourage the local community, current players and supporters to stay fit and healthy during the 'Lockdown'/'Social distancing'. The HIIT sessions last approx. 40min with the youth teams taking part via a private Zoom video meeting whilst others logged in and took part whilst Nick, Conor and Neil performed via Facebook Live. Staying fit and healthy is very important and doing a live session encourages interaction which in turn helps to maintain mental health.
