Last weekends season opener did not go the way it was planned as Blackpool lost their discipline and the game. The focus this week has been very much on putting things right in preparation for a difficult trip to Birchfield. With England taking on the mightly Chile in an early evening kick off both sides have agreed to a 1.30pm kick off so that all players can catch the action.

Blackpool have made several changes to the squad this week as they look to undo their poor start to the season result wise. In the forwards there is a first start of the season for prop Lucas Crosbie who comes in for Joel Bygraves and Chris Parlour returns to the starting lineup after his appearance of the bench last week to add some weight to the proceedings.

In tha back row, Blackpool's answer to the Mitchell brothers Will and James Hunt return looking to add some duff duffs to loose play which were badly missed last week. Tom Little continues at blindside.

In the backs, captain Brady Barcock is available following the rescinding of his red card last weekend and he will be joined by the returning Adam Glover in the centres. Mike Curtis starts on the wing with Oliver Dodd switching to full back

On the bench there are potential debuts for Chris Conway and Chris Marsh and a return after many years for Ash Portasman.
