Kit Sponsorship
In March 2017 we will be ordering the new playing & training kit which every team from U7 to 1st XV play in covering the 2017-18 to 2019-20 Seasons. Logo embroidery on the shirts & training tops/shorts/socks etc. starts at £500pa for the 3 years. Please contact the Club for further details.

Board Sponsorship
All our Boards are 16ft x 2ft (although various sponsors double up on that length). These are charged at £450 in yr 1 which covers the manufacture / fitting etc. and the £200 pa thereafter (for a minimum of 3 years). This year we have created 11 new board positions facing the clubhouse but also 11 facing the second XV pitch. This pitch is used by the 2nd/3rd and M&Y teams. Should you wish to support the club & have your business seen by these teams & supporters the price is £350 in yr 1 and only £100pa thereafter.

Programme Adverts
We produce a 44 page programme for all XV games through the season which is also provided to other team supporters and at other functions through the season – you are reading this in this publication. Full pages are priced at £200 & half pages at £100.

Full Match Sponsorship
We offer a hospitality package which consists of being the main match sponsor, providing a private sponsorship lounge overlooking the main pitch for 40 guests (additional guests are welcome but at an additional charge) with a three course lunch and wine. A cash bar is also available throughout the event. The package automatically provides an advert in the programme, Man of the Match award and Match Ball sponsorship. The cost of this premium offer is £1,400.

Company Day Table Sponsorship
As an alternative to taking the full match sponsorship we offer the opportunity of three targeted Saturday League games which we identify as Company Days. We offer a 3 course lunch with wine for a table of 10 for £23pp or to include Match Ball Sponsors £26pp or to include Man of the Match sponsors £28pp. The dates for the Company Days this season are 17th September; 1st October and 26th November. We can accommodate Company tables of c10 guests on most other weekends as well. It is simply be that we may have other sponsorship taking place that weekend and can’t offer the same PR opportunity. Please contact the club and we will do all we can to provide bespoke facilities.

Match Ball Sponsorship / Man of the Match Sponsorship
We are delighted to offer Match Ball or Man of the Match sponsorship for £75 each per game.

1st XV Player Sponsorship
We are delighted to offer the ability to sponsor a 1st XV shirt for the season at £100.

New Scoreboard Sponsor
We are investing in a new electronic scoreboard this season. We are offering sole sponsorship of the scoreboard at £850pa on a 3 year contract or a sole £2,200 as a single payment covering the 3 years.
