History

Bilborough United Football Club were formed in 2009 by Dean Seymour and compete in the Nottinghamshire Amatuer Alliance Football League from 2010. BUFC's home ground was Bilborough Sports College in Bilborough, Nottingham.

Bilborough United were Notts Amatuer Alliance Division 2 Winners in 2010/11 in their 1st season. Which resulted in a double promotion to the Premier League.

In the 2011/12 Season the club had 2 adult senior teams in the form of a 1st team and a reserve team.
The 1st Team finished a creditable 5th in the Premier Division and the Reserves a creditable 7th in Division 3.

Also In august 2011 the club launched an Under 8's soccer school for mixed boys and girls which was coached by Johnny Simons.

2012/13 saw the Seniors drop the reserve section due to no management. This seemed to have a positive effect as the seniors yet again improved and finshed Runners Up in the Premier Division pushing the leaders all the way to the final few weeks.

The u8's from the soccer school formed the u9's team for 2012/13 managed again by Johnny Simons. In their first ever season in the YEL League they managed a mid table finish in the Saturday Division 5.

United then formed another u8 side in the summer of 2012 managed by Craig Swinscoe but this time in the January of 2013 they too entered the u8 friendly league of the YEL to gain valuable playing experience playing 10 games of which the results are not published.

2013/14 sees the launch of the adult Reserve side again so United will boast 2 Senior teams and the 2 junior teams will move up an age group so will compete as u9 and u10's respectively
