Our function room offers a blank canvas for any event. We are a versatile venue that you can dress up as you choose or leave as a smart rugby inspired room which does justice to any event.

We can manage corporate meetings, training sessions, christenings, funerals, birthday parties and weddings.

Our room can seat:
200 for a corporate event [theatre style seating];
140 maximum for an event where a band are playing;
160 maximum when a disco is playing; and
180 for a fully seated event where no dancefloor is required.

The function room will be set with large round tables that seat up to 10 people and we can supply large white tablecloths. We also have white chair covers available to hire with organza bows in a colour of your choice.

Out of rugby season we hang white drapes around the room for a more dramatic effect.

With guidance from our function staff you may dress the room yourselves with our help or hire someone to do it for you.

Our kitchen is available for your own caterer to use.

Our bar stocks a wide range of drinks and wine. If you have a special request please do ask and we will do our best to fulfil your wishes.
