*SENIOR PRE SEASON TRAINING ANNOUCEMENT*

Senior pre season training for both males and females will commence on Tuesday 3rd July from 7.00pm until 8.30pm, and will continue every Tuesday and Thursday evening thereafter. New players of any ability level more than welcome!

Touch rugby sessions continue on Tuesday evenings until the 3rd July from 7.00pm. Again, any newbies welcome!
