Barnsley RUFC have some of the most modern playing and training facilities in the North of England. The club has three senior pitches, one junior pitch and an all-weather 3G training area. Both the first and second team pitches are floodlight as is the 3G all-weather facility which ensure that training is almost guaranteed throughout the season. The club also has use of the local school for any indoor training requirements, during the most adverse weather conditions.

Two years ago the club opened a suite of new changing facilities and last year a free-weights area was also installed for the sole use of club members. Sat alongside the free weights area is a carbio gym which is also offered to all rugby members free of charge.

Meeting rooms are readily available for video feedback sessions and team briefings.
