All players and parents are asked to come along to our registration night on Wednesday 20th March 6.30-8.00pm. We will be taking details and payments, and you will be able to choose the shirt size for the FREE training shirt included. If you are unable to attend, we will be able to take payments once training starts but this will obviously delay your child receiving the shirt.

We have held our membership prices at 2023 levels and for 2024 this will include a BGCC training shirt! Costs will be

£80 per child
£70 per subsequent child
£100 if the parent wishes to join as a social member with a loyalty bar discount

Match fees for those playing in competitive games also remains at 2024 level of £5.

Outdoor training
Our main Wednesday night training sessions will start on Wednesday 10th April (weather and ground conditions dependent).

These are for those playing in teams from U8 to U14
U15s and those playing adult cricket will train on Thursdays with the senior teams.
Women’s and girls’ sessions are planned for Friday evening as well
All Stars and Dynamos will run on Fridays at 6.30pm starting on Friday 10th May.

Help needed
We want to enhance the training nights with the re-introduction of chips on a Wednesday night and perhaps added to Fridays too eventually. We will have a “chip rota” set up and we would invite you all to take a turn so we can bring this back. Not only do the kids love it, but it also brings valuable additional revenue to the junior section.

The Academy will be running again for 2024

This is specialist coaching sessions for players aged between 8 and 18 which will be run at the club every week in groups of up to 6 players (decided by age and ability).
Each session will be between 75 and 90 minutes long (normally held between 4.45pm and 7.45pm) and will run from mid-May till mid-August on weekdays

Kit
Apart from the free training shirt you may wish to order the white playing kit – we would encourage you to order this in plenty of time as with most kit suppliers they get very busy this time of year.
