On behalf of our patients and those important to them, thank you so much for taking part in the 2022 Rudolph Run for Barnsley Hospice and raising an amazing £658.64.

We are delighted that you joined in with the festive fun and you can be assured that your donation will be spent wisely for the benefit of people across Barnsley.

As you may know, the hospice has been helping local people for over 25 years and during this time our work has touched thousands of lives. We are proud to have received the unstinting support of people like you, which helps us to provide specialist palliative care to those living with a life limiting illness.

At present we need to raise nearly £2 million each year to cover our day to day running costs. We therefore rely heavily on public and corporate donations, legacies and grant-funding plus income from fundraising events and our charity Retail Hub.

The hospice’s core values of Comfort, Care & Dignity are at the heart of our patient-centred service. Your much-needed donation will help us to continue to make a real difference to local people - including all those little extras which make our care so special.
