In accordance with the notice requirements of the club constitution an Acklam Rugby Club Limited Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday 12th October 2023 at 8:30pm.
Resolution
Following the two resignations from the current committee, nominations are sought for the following positions and will be subject to a vote:
• Chairman (resulting from the resignation of G Munkley)
• Committee Member (resulting from the resignation of W Davidson)
NB: In the event that the position of Chairman is filled from the existing committee members, a further committee place will be available in order to preserve numbers.
For those unable to attend the club in person, a proxy form is available from the Honorary Secretary (d.springhall@ntlworld.com)
To be considered for office, propose, second or indeed vote on proceedings you must be a ‘full’ member of the Club. For the avoidance of doubt, social and associate membership categories are not full memberships and do not carry voting rights.
