The annual match between Aberdeen Grammar School and ‘Grammarians’ for the JPD Trophy - SUNDAY 12th Nov'17.

The annual men’s hockey match between Aberdeen Grammar School and ‘Grammarians’ for the JPD Trophy has been arranged for SUNDAY 12th NOVEMBER 2017. The programme is as follows:

10.30am AGS 1st XI v ‘Grammarians’ on the Rubislaw astroturf pitch
noon Lounge Bar, upstairs AGSFP Club at 86 Queens Road
12.45 pm Soup, Pasta Bake or Macaroni (vegetarian option) and Chips
2.00 pm Presentations, Speeches & Raffle (approx. 45 minutes)

The match should finish by noon. In the unlikely event that the game has to be postponed because of bad weather the lunch and presentations will still go ahead as planned.

This year Grammarians will be strengthened by the presence of three Canadians… Alan Drummond and his 18 year old son Cameron and David aka ‘Jimmy’ Simpson. Duncan is captaining the Grammarians squad

The JPD trophy is the main fund raiser for youth hockey. If you cannot attend PLEASE support the raffle by donating prizes and buying raffle tickets.

In order that adequate catering arrangements can be made, please complete the attached form and return it with your £16pp payment (preferably cheque) by Wednesday 8th November.
