Welwyn RFC under 9’s had the opportunity to be mascots for the guard of honour for the Premiership semi final game at the StoneX stadium between Saracens and Northampton Saints on Saturday 13th May. The team waved flags and had a lovely opportunity to be up close to the professionals as they ran on to the pitch.

The Welwyn players also played a game of touch rugby in front of a sold out stadium and were a great advert for the club. They even got to meet a number of players and pundits

Hopefully in the future some of our players could be playing there on a regular basis!
