Mark joins the club as assistant manager in May 2021. 'Higgy' has worked closely with new manager Jordan Catnott at several clubs in recent years, mostly with great success. He joined Glapwell in the summer of 2015, and the club were crowned as Central Midlands League North Division champions a year later. Unfortunately, the club folded just weeks later due to off-field issues and he followed Jordan to newly-formed FC Bolsover, and was again part of the Central Midlands League North Division champions as they pipped Clay Cross Town on the final day of the 2016/17 season. Alongside Jordan, he has brief spells wih Retford United and Maltby Main in the NCEL before successfully managing Boynton Sports in his own right.
