Dave Larham joined the club on 1st July 2021 after performing various coaching roles with Aylesbury RFC (Head Coach), Chinnor RFC (Assistant Coach), Leighton Buzzard RFC (Director of Rugby), London Wasps / Wasps Academy and Bucks RFU. After serving in the Royal Air Force, Dave joined the Community Department at London Wasps and went on to work in the Premiership for over 13 years before making the move to England Rugby as a Rugby Development Officer and now a RFU Club Developer. He is also well known within the Thames Valley as a Coach Developer, Referee Developer, Coach Mentor, Leadership Mentor and Safeguarding Tutor.
