Can you help to support early identification and intervention to build resilience in young people suffering with mental ill health.

Tim Harris is going to be rowing across the Atlantic to raise money for teenage mental health charity, Stem4. Tim is raising money in memory of fellow OMT, DJ Carter's son Isaac, who was sadly lost to suicide a few years ago.

Beginning in December 2021 Tim and Simon Calver will embark on a life changing challenge to row the Atlantic and raise £150,000 for charity.100% of all donations will go to stem4 to support positive mental health in teenagers. As part of the challenge, they will take on the task of their lives, facing months of blisters, mental and physical preparation, seriously big waves and each other’s bad jokes!

Tim and Simon are participating in this annual race with up to 34 other teams participating from around the world. The challenge that will take them more than 3000 nautical miles (3,452 land miles) west from San Sebastian in La Gomera, Canary Islands, Spain (28oN 18oW) to Nelson’s Dockyard, English Harbour, Antigua & Barbuda (17oN 61oW).
