I'll be delighted when this young man imposes himself and his talents on the senior squad to kick start the career he deserves.
He's been very good as a Junior and Youth player, but we want to see him develop as a senior player.
He's very much valued in all the squads, and was unlucky last season when after a great pre-season he fell short of a regular place with the 1st team squad.
How you bounce back from disappointments is key and I'm hoping to see the focused Jacko back on it and more importantly allowing himself to enjoy it. He's a top player.
