For me he is the most effective player of his generation and a fantastic lad around the group. He will be a real asset for us this season.
I'd be amazed if Joe is with us come the end of the season. If I was a football league or conference team, I'd be looking at him as an option. At just 21, a good season at this level will open up these chances for him.
Our sessions will improve him and I hope he really enjoys his footballing return to Nostell.
