*COACHES COMMENTS*I've known Wayne for a long-time now. He's been helping to grow his beloved Tingley Athletic as a trustee; my first ever team as an 8 year old. Wayne has played at a very good level and has a great mentality for the game.
I am delighted to have him on board this season, as he will be a good voice of reason and a fantastic sounding board for not just me, but the players - which we will need.
He knows the game extremely well and picks up the key little details that will make the difference.
Big decision for him to step away from Tingley... But a massive signing for us.
