On Saturday 11th May, we as a club get our turn to host a Mini’s and Micro’s festival, and showcase what Deeside RFC is all about. More than anything, this is an opportunity for our youngest rugby players to participate in games and practice their sportsmanship. We are a great club with fantastic facilities - and plans to make them more amazing! This is also an opportunity to evidence our teamwork off the pitch, as well as raise some much-needed funds to help make our new changing rooms a reality.

So how can you help?

Donations
• Minis and Micros are being asked to donate one item each - on a specific colour scheme - to make up magnificent Hampers for a raffle (more info will come from your coaches)
• Donations for the Tombola stall will be gratefully received and can be given to coaches or left in the box on the bar in the clubhouse.
• Contributions to our Cake and Bake stall will be welcome and can be handed in to the clubhouse from 10am – 10pm on Friday 10th May, or on Saturday morning.

Time
Friday 10th May
• We need a team of 4/5 outside ‘goffer’s’ willing to rock up at 6.30pm to lend a hand assembling gazebo’s, putting up signs, moving tables etc.
• We need a team of 4/5 inside ‘goffer’s’ willing to make up raffle hampers, display tombola, make up snack packs for players etc. Clubhouse will be open from 10am – 10pm, so come when you can.

Saturday 11th May
We need many hands on deck to take a turn with:
• Heating/serving players food
• Café duty
• BBQ duty
• Tombola stall
• Cake and Bake stall
• First Aid tent
• Car parking
• Tidy Up
• Refereeing
