Jazzi signed for Chelmsford City in March 2018 after his release from Newport County mid-way through the 2017/18 season.

The right-back started his youth career with Watford, but did not make a senior appearance for the first-team.

He went on to sign for Cardiff City and spent time out on loan with fellow Welsh side Newport County, before joining the Exiles permanently in June 2016. He made 51 appearances for Newport, scoring 3 goals.

During the 2017/18 season, he joined Torquay United on-loan until January 2018, before being released by Newport County and signing for the Clarets.
